We had an amazing stay at this hotel located in the mountains. The cleanliness was exceptional, the hotel facilities were astounding with a fantastic swimming pool and spa area. The location was perfect as it was right on the ski slopes, and it was easy for us to get up to the ski area. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Hochgurgl Ort bus stop, which is just a short 15-minute walk away.

As a family of 4 with young kids, we loved the proximity of the hotel to the slopes and kids' ski school. The spacious room, amazing views from the Sky Relax Area, delicious food, well-organized ski room and shop, and supervised kinderclub were all top-notch. The customer service, especially our waiter JURI, was exceptional. We would definitely return!

The hotel has a great location, it is right on the ski slopes and next to the restaurant. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is clean, and the views from the hotel are stunning. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of food options and the staff provide excellent service. The ski lockers and spa facilities are convenient and well-maintained.

The hotel charges extra for tap water which seems absurd.

We are a family of 4 with 2 young kids and stayed at Hotel Riml for over a week. The proximity to the slopes and kids' ski school was a tremendous help. The spacious room, Sky Relax Area with surreal views, quality of food, large ski room, supervised kinderclub. Special mention to JURI, our dinner waiter, who took great care of us and the children. We would definitely return to Hotel Riml.

The new Wellness Relax Area is amazing with beautiful mountain views, sauna, and outdoor whirlpool. Convenient location with direct access to the ski slopes. Great facilities including a sport shop for equipment maintenance. Top-class customer service and spacious rooms. Excellent food and dinner menus. Supervised kinderclub for kids. Wonderful farewell dinner.

Excellent Skiing Location, Great Food and Spa Facilities

We recently enjoyed a city break at a ski resort and had a splendid time. The hotel had a location on the piste, which offered great skiing opportunities. the hotel's food was delicious and catered to all taste preferences, and the spa facilities were splendid. The wellness center provided a peaceful atmosphere, which allowed us to relax after a long day on the ski slopes.

Our stay at the hotel was soured by two things. the bedding was not as comfortable as we had hoped, which made sleeping a bit of a nuisance.

Great location, right in the ski resort and close to amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, always happy to help with any request. The spa facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The room was small and cramped, and not as clean as we would have liked. The bathroom was outdated and in need of renovation.
